This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.teachup.com and does not concern the Teach Up LXP platform, which has its own Privacy Policy. 

 

Teach Up is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your personal data, carried out via the website www.teachup.com, comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). 

 

Personal data is collected when you complete a form on www.teachup.com or respond to certain communications from us (such as downloading a white paper or registering for a webinar). 

 

The data collected by Teach Up includes your first name, last name, email address, company, job title, and phone number. 

 

The data controller is Teach Up. 

 

Information collected via the contact request form is stored in a computerized file managed by Teach Up. The collected data allows us to contact you and provide you with the requested products and services. It also enables us to send you communications, including our newsletter, if you have ticked the box indicating your consent. 

 

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each of our communications. 

 

Under no circumstances will the collected data be transferred to a third party. Data is hosted on the HubSpot CRM through AWS servers located within the European Union, and Teach Up is the sole recipient. 

 

Data is retained for a period of three (3) years. 

 

Teach Up is committed to not retaining personal data beyond the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, plus any mandatory retention period required by applicable laws and regulations. 

 

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, obtained through a checkbox.
